What do I think about sports?

You may say I love sports. Ever since I was kid, I've always been that kid who's a bit, you know, hyperactive :-D not in the weird way of course, it's just I love to move. I love running around, jumping, and I love being outdoor. Maybe it's because my dad used to take me to outdoor places such as park, mountain, river, etc.

When I was in elementary school, P.E. was my favourite subject. I don't know, maybe it's because we do it outside the class :-D besides, we can run, jump, move, and pretty much do whatever the hell we want. I also took swimming class when I was in elementary school but it didn't last long. Well, at least I can do the breaststroke hahaha. Cycling also took part in my earlier life. I used to spend hours cycling around the neighbourhood, either I'm alone or with some friends. So, that's pretty much my sports background LOL :-D

Now, I'm 21. I'm focusing my body to run and cycle, because I think those are the easiest sports. I've been running regularly since 2013. To be honest, at first, I did it to lose some weight, but then I found the joy of running. I feel free, it relieved stress, and somehow running makes me feel like I could push myself through the limit. The best thing about outdoor running is that you can see what's around you, the parks, the trees, people walks by, that's why I prefer outdoor running to treadmill. There are so much you can find outside.

My running shoes is Nike Air Pegasus +30. I bought the purple one. I've been using it for almost 2 years now and have no intention to buy a new one. These shoes fit me well and very comfortable. I love Pegasus' big and soft cushion. I always enjoy the run.

And now, cycling. I started it off as a hobby. It's more fun 'cause you're on a vehicle, right? I started cycling the short miles, and now I'm training myself to go for further miles. The best thing about cycling is of course the wind :-D (and again I cycle outdoor)

One thing you should remember is not to force yourself. Forcing yourself to do sports can lead you to injury. I once forced myself to run, and I couldn't even move my legs the day after :-(. When you feel like things are too hard, just take a breath, shake out your arms, and relax... Sport is fun and relaxing, not intimidating and painful :-)

So, guys, have fun moving your body and have all your fat burned!

First and random post

Hello! This is my first post in this blog. To be honest, this is not my first time writing a blog, I got one in 2010 but I deleted it for some reasons :-P so here I am, making a new blog, writing my first post, but still have no idea what to write...

It's 12:21 AM now and I'm still up. The TV is on and it's playing my favourite movie of all time! It's 13 going on 30! Yeah!

Here's the movie poster!

Well, so let's talk about this movie then :-D I'm pretty sure most of you guys know the movie. It's pretty old though, it was released on 2004, so it's been 11 years since the movie came out (can't believe how fast time flies). I fell in love with this movie the first time I watched it. I remember, I was on my vacation to Bali with my family, it was new year eve but I was too lazy to join the NYE dinner at the hotel. So, I stayed in the room, played with the remote, looked for a show, and the movie showed up!

For you who haven't watched the movie, let me give you a synopsis of the movie. Well, I copied it hahaha :-D:-D

"A girl who's sick of the social strictures of junior high is transformed into a grownup overnight. In this feel-good fairy tale, teenager Jenna (Christa B. Allen) wants a boyfriend, and when she's unable to find one, she fantasizes about being a well-adjusted adult. Suddenly, her secret desire becomes a reality, and she is transformed into a 30-year-old (Jennifer Garner). But adulthood, with its own set of male-female challenges, isn't as easy as it looks."

Well, I don't know, for me, this movie got them all. The romance, the magic, the friendship, the comedy, the life lessons, and everything. I love how they still add some fairytale thingy with the magic dust, and both Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo are the best choices for the movie. And the set in New York City? I JUST LOVEEEEEE IT <3 I'm one of those people whose heart was taken by NYC and never really got it back hahaha. So, yeah, I love to see NYC and its skyscrapers.

I know, I know.. This is a chick-flick, so typical with the happy ending and blah blah blah. But hey, I'm a girl! Don't blame me for loving this kind of movie :-P I've watched this movie a zillion times and I still love it. So for you (especially girls) who haven't watched the movie, please do!

I think it's enough for my random late night/early morning post. Good bye! :-)
